Once again a 5 mile walk made miserable. 72 false alerts today. I walk a brisk pace but nothing near a speed walk or jog. Im 56", size 4 so its not excess jiggling. I stop to tie a shoe (stopped as in head over the head and actually need my companions notified) and NO alert.
Ive used this app off and on for over a 18 months.
